of the Alemania Language School AG
You agree to accept Alemania’s General Terms and Conditions with your registration. Alemania only accepts written and signed course registration. Registration is legally binding and obligates the payment of booked courses. Tuition fees are VAT free.
Participants can cancel the booked course, without incurring any extra charge, up until 5 days before the course starting date. After this deadline, the participant is legally obliged to pay the full cost of the course. The Alemania is willing to provide vouchers for paid but unattended courses. Participants who abort courses are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations due to illness will be compensated with vouchers, on presentation medical attestation. The voucher is also valid for another person. Course vouchers can not be issued for private tuition. Vouchers will not be exchange for cash.
Every participant receives an Alemania certificate upon successful course completion. Participants with insufficient performance levels will receive confirmation of attendance.
Alemania has the right to cancel courses due to lack of registrations. In this case, the participants will receive full reimbursement. If a scheduled course must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. due to tutor illness), our liability for needlessly incurred travel expenses extends to a maximum 50 CHF per person.
The prices in the course programme are binding. Prices include course material.
Participants receive an invoice shortly after registration. The fees must be paid before the course begins. The course material will be distributed on day 1 of the course and must be paid in cash.
Deferred payment rates can be agreed with the school administration. The first installment must be paid before the course starts. The last installment must be paid before the course ends.
Participants are free to repeat a course if they so desire. In this case, they will only be charged 50% of the course fee.
Classes must consist of a minimum of five, and a maximum of sixteen students.
We reserve the right to make changes to the course programme and prices.
The Alemania assumes no liability. Participants should make their own insurance arrangements.
